THE CHALLENGE
WHAT WE HEAR MOST OFTEN

PORTS RUN ON EQUIPMENT THAT WORKS FIRST TIME.
A failed crane, a cracked weld, or a non-compliant cargo gear register can stop a vessel sailing — with consequences that flow straight to the bottom line. The clients who keep moving are the ones whose inspection records are already in order before the auditor turns up.

SHIPS' LIFTING APPLIANCES & CARGO GEAR

Rigging that must be inspected and certified under Maritime Rules Part 49 — with rigging plans, gear registers, and certificates kept current across a working port..

PORT CRANES & SHIP-LOADING EQUIPMENT

Pedestal-mounted cranes, container cranes, and ship-loading equipment needing IANZ-accredited inspection across fabrication, commissioning, in-service, and alterations to PECPR Regs 1999.

NDT ON BULK HANDLING EQUIPMENT

Conveyors, unloaders, and pipework where corrosion, fatigue, and wear are progressive — and where a planned inspection is always cheaper than an unplanned shutdown..
