THE CHALLENGE
WHAT WE HEAR MOST OFTEN

INFRASTRUCUTRE THAT MUST STAND & PEFORM YEAR AFTER YEAR.
Civil infrastructure clients answer to ratepayers, regulators, and successor-generation engineers who will inherit the asset register. Inspections, producer statements, and structural assessments must be defensible decades after the report is filed. Lift inspections, cable car certifications, and IQP work under the Building Act don't tolerate gaps.

BUILDING ACT IQP INSPECTIONS

Lifts (SS8), escalators, cable cars (SS16), Building Maintenance Units (SS10), and supporting specified systems — annual reporting that must be timely, accurate, and lodged correctly.

STRUCTURAL ASSESSEMENTS ON EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE

Bridges, retaining walls, water tanks, pump stations, communications structures — where age, modification, or seismic re-rating means the original design is no longer the controlling document.

PRESSURE EQUIPMENT & LIFTING ON CIVIL SITES

Cranes and lifting infrastructure where statutory inspection cycles must be tracked and demonstrated to the regulator — across multiple sites, multiple asset owners.
