Survey & Inspection
Pressure Equipment & NDT
ISO/IEC 17020 IANZ-accredited inspection of pressure equipment — boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, air receivers, heat exchangers, refrigeration, and CCA tanks. NDT including UT, PAUT, MT, PT, and digital radiography. Crane inspection, welding inspection, welder and procedure qualification (AS/NZS 1554, 2980, 9606, ASME IX, API).
Calibration & Compliance
Instrument & Equipment Calibration
ISO/IEC 17025 IANZ-accredited calibration of process instruments, pressure gauges, torque tools, electrical testers, multifunction testers, and data loggers. PAT testing of plant electrical equipment. Compliance and data management with automated retest reminders.
Consulting Engineering
Structural & Process Engineering
Structural and mechanical design and assessment for silos, tanks, bulk storage, plant layouts, conveyor systems, pipe racks, racking, platforms, and access systems. Producer statements. API 510, 570 and 653 tank inspections. Finite element analysis. Incident investigation and expert witness.
