Survey & Inspection
Weld testing & NDT
ISO/IEC 17020 IANZ-accredited weld testing and inspection. Welder and welding procedure qualification across AS/NZS 1554, 2980, 9606, ASME IX, AWS, and API. Third-party ITPs and international monitoring. Level 3 NDT across VT, UT, PT, MT, RT, PAUT, ET, and digital radiography. Onsite mechanical testing for immediate feedback.
Consulting Engineering
Strucutral Design & Producer Statements
ISO 9001 (ECAAS) certified. Structural design and assessment — new builds, alterations, warehouses, low-rise commercial, dairy and farm sheds. Producer statements (PS1, PS2, PS4). Steel detailing using AutoCAD, Revit, ProSteel, and TEKLA. Earthquake engineering — ISA, DSA, strengthening.
Calibration & Compliance
